Stablecoins such as USDT and USDC are designed to hold a steady value against the US dollar. For casino players, that means a deposit is worth roughly the same when you withdraw it, aside from wins and losses.

They do not remove every risk. Stablecoins are issued on several blockchains, and sending on the wrong network is one of the most common reasons deposits go missing. Issuers and reserves also differ, which is worth understanding before holding a large balance.

When comparing casinos, check which stablecoins and which networks are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals — they are not always the same list.
